I am seasoned Strategic Organizational Change Leader with broad expertise in business, people and operation leadership and development. I have spent almost all my career B2B Services – in Customer Focused organizations – different kind of customer facing roles and leadership positions. I have been having full P&L responsibilities in my mostly general manager kind of leadership positions. I have been working for small start-up, mid-sized domestic and multinational organizations, and big international companies. I led 500+ people sized business with multimillion-dollar budgets. I managed WW processes in Support Organization and Transformed Several Business from Centralized organization to Local one. I have built up diverse, multi-country organizations from the scratch, led and transformed their working model in their fully operational life cycle.
